Please review the following terms and conditions before participating. By participating in free-to-play tournaments hosted by Nolimit City®, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, and all eligibility requirements. Furthermore, you agree that Nolimit City® decisions regarding the tournament are final.
Eligibility
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in their respective jurisdiction.
- Participation in the Nolimit City® tournament is free of charge. To participate, you'll need to register an account on nolimitcity.com and participate using that account.
- Participants must be based in a jurisdiction where it is legal to take part in the types of tournaments offered by Nolimit City®.
- Participation may be restricted based on a participant’s location. Tournaments are currently NOT available in the following territories: Great Britain, Australia, Cameroon, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Taiwan, Vietnam, India, Netherlands, Philippines, Romania, Russia and Ukraine.
Please note that this list may be updated by Nolimit City® periodically. - Nolimit City® reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its sole discretion, before, during, or after the Nolimit City® tournament.
- To be eligible to win last place prizes, participants must have completed all rounds.
Prizes
- Winners will receive a notification from Nolimit City® on the email address associated with their nolimitcity.com account.
- If a user has used a temporary email during signup and no longer has access to that email, the user will be disqualified from the tournament.
- To claim a physical prize where applicable, winners must consent to share personal details with Nolimit City®. Participants must also consent to share their personal details with third parties when required for prize delivery purposes.
- The user must provide necessary information to enable Nolimit City to process the prize within 90 days of the announcement of the winner.
- Prizes may take up to 45 days to be processed and delivered to a winner.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Nolimit City will make every effort to process prizes correctly. Furthermore, the winner agrees to bear the cost for any import duties or taxes incurred upon prize delivery.
Ties
In the event of a tie for any prize placement, the winner(s) will be determined through a random draw from the tied participants. The method of random selection will include using a computerized random number generator.
Scenario Examples
- Scenario 1: Two participants achieve the highest score. A random draw will determine the first-place winner. The remaining tied participant will automatically receive the second-place prize.
- Scenario 2: Multiple participants achieve the highest score. A random draw will determine the first-place winner. Subsequent random draws will be conducted to determine the winners for the following prize placements (2nd, 3rd, etc.) among the remaining tied participants.
The same logic will apply for any prizes awarded for any other positions.
Fair Play
- Attempts to engage in unfair practices will result in immediate disqualification. This will be at the sole discretion of Nolimit City. These attempts include but are not limited to;
- Players may only enter the tournament once. Multiple accounts entering under one person are not allowed.
- The exploitation of any bug or glitch with the tournament system.
- The Company reserves the right to withhold prizes from participants who violate these Terms and Conditions.
Liability
- Nolimit City is not responsible for incorrect information, technical errors, or human error that may occur during the tournament process. All disputes regarding the tournament or prizes shall be resolved on a case-by-case basis having regard to the circumstances of the case. Nolimit City® shall not bear any liability for any indirect, special, economic or consequential loss or damage.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Nolimit City® reserves the right, at its discretion, to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. These changes may be required for a number of reasons, including but not limited to, commercial reasons or in order to comply with new laws and regulations.
You will be deemed to have accepted the changes to these Terms and Conditions by continuing to participate in the tournament. If at any time you disagree to any portion of the then-current version of our Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall immediately terminate, and you must immediately stop participating in the tournament.
