Please review the following terms and conditions before participating in the Nolimit City Max Win Legends hosted by Nolimit City. By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, and all eligibility requirements. Furthermore, you agree that Nolimit City decisions regarding the campaign are final.
Duration
The Nolimit City Max Win Legends will include max wins from future game releases after the global release of Catfish Hunters.
Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction.
Participation in the Nolimit City Max Win Legends is free of charge.
Nolimit City is subject to various regulatory and legal requirements. Any individuals located in territories where it is strictly prohibited to gamble and/or participate in such campaigns are not eligible to participate in the Max Win Legends campaign. By participating, you confirm that you are not resident in such locations. Furthermore, you are prohibited from using any software or code with the aim of manipulating or falsifying your location data to bypass Nolimit City’s internal controls.
Nolimit City reserves the right to disqualify any participation in the Nolimit City Max Win Legends campaign and to withhold prizes; at its sole discretion, before, during or after the campaign should participation infringe these terms and conditions.
How to participate
Play any newly released Nolimit City slot game from Catfish Hunters onwards and submit the below listed details using the provided entry form:

- Date & Time of Win
- Round ID
- Casino Website
- Country
The above-mentioned details can be submitted after the global release date of the game according to the Nolimit City roadmap on our website. Your submission will be verified by the Nolimit City team.
Exclusions & Restrictions
The following exclusions and restrictions shall apply to the Nolimit City Max Win Legends campaign.
- GOD MODE bonus buy gameplay will be excluded. No God Mode (like in “Nine to Five”) or Max Win Chance Buys (POLIS Feature in “Stockholm Syndrome”)Max Wins won during demo play are ineligible for submission
- The base bet level must be at least the value of €1.00 (not the total bet amount)
- Any entries won before the official release date of the new game will be ineligible. All Max Wins from the official release date of the new game and beyond are eligible. In the case of games featuring Nolimit Cap, the Max Win must be won on the higher Win Cap version
- Individuals residing in territories listed in the ‘Blocked and Restricted Territories’ section of the playin.com ‘Terms and Conditions’ are not eligible to participate in the Nolimit City Max Win Legends campaign. The mentioned Terms and Conditions are linked here.
The Max Win Legend Posters
To claim a Max Win Legends Poster, eligible participants must consent to share personal details with Nolimit City. Participants must also consent to share their personal details with third parties (when required) for prize delivery purposes. By providing their personal data to Nolimit City, participants agree to our Privacy Policy.
The Max Win Legends Posters are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Nolimit City will make every effort to process any prizes correctly. Furthermore, the winner agrees to bear the cost for any import duties or taxes incurred upon prize delivery.
Participants are eligible to win one Max Win Legends Poster per game.

Fair Play
Duplicate entries are not permitted. Nolimit City reserves the right to disqualify entries that are duplicate submissions.
Attempts to engage in unfair practices will result in immediate disqualification by Nolimit City.
Nolimit City reserves the right to withhold prizes from participants who violate these Terms and Conditions.
Liability
Nolimit City is not responsible for incorrect information, technical errors, or human error that may occur during the Max Win Legends process. All disputes regarding the Max Win Legends or prizes shall be resolved on a case-by-case basis having regard to the circumstances of the case. Nolimit City shall not bear any liability for any indirect, special, economic or consequential loss or damage.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Nolimit City reserves the right, at its discretion, to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. These changes may be required for a number of reasons; including but not limited to, for commercial reasons or in order to comply with new laws and regulations.
You will be deemed to have accepted the changes to these Terms and Conditions by continuing to participate in the Max Win Legends. If at any time you disagree to any portion of the then-current version of our Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall immediately terminate, and you must immediately stop participating in the Max Win Legends.
