Introduction
Please review the following terms and conditions before participating in the Nolimit City Streamer Legends hosted by Nolimit City. By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, and all eligibility requirements. Furthermore, you agree that Nolimit City decisions regarding the campaign are final.
Duration
Starting from 1st January 2025, all wins on the Nolimit City games are eligible to enter The Nolimit City Streamer Legends.
Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction.
Participation in the Nolimit City Streamer Legends is free of charge.
Participants must have an active streaming channel with a minimum of 100 followers.
Nolimit City is subject to various regulatory and legal requirements. Any individuals located in territories where it is strictly prohibited to gamble and/or participate in such campaigns are not eligible to participate in the Streamer Legends campaign. By participating, you confirm that you are not resident in such locations. Furthermore, you are prohibited from using any software or code with the aim of manipulating or falsifying your location data to bypass Nolimit City’s internal controls.
Nolimit City reserves the right to disqualify any participation in the Nolimit City Streamer Legends campaign and to withhold prizes; at its sole discretion, before, during, or after the campaign should participation infringe these terms and conditions.
How to participate
Play any Nolimit City slot game and if you win a max win, submit a max win video replay on stream using the provided entry form. Your submission will be verified by the Nolimit City team.
Participants may submit their max wins that have been won from the beginning of the calendar year 2025. Max wins achieved before the official plaque award launch will also be counted as valid.
Exclusions & Restrictions
The following exclusions and restrictions shall apply to the Nolimit City Streamer Legends promotion.
- GOD MODE bonus buy gameplay will be excluded. No God Mode (Like in “Nine to Five”) or Max Win Chance Buys (POLIS Feature in “Stockholm Syndrome”).
- Max Wins won during demo play are ineligible for submission.
- The base bet level must be at least the value of €0.20 (not the total bet amount).
- Any entries won before 1st January 2025 will be ineligible. All Max Wins in 2025 and beyond are eligible, even those before the official launch of this campaign.
- In the case of games featuring Nolimit Cap, the Max Win must be won on the higher Win Cap version.
Plaques
To claim a Streamer Legends Plaque, eligible participants must consent to share personal details with Nolimit City®. Participants must also consent to share their personal details with third parties when required for prize delivery purposes. The Streamer Legends plaques are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Nolimit City will make every effort to process any prizes correctly. Furthermore, the winner agrees to bear the cost for any import duties or taxes incurred upon prize delivery. Participants are eligible to win one plaque per tier. Nolimit City will be in touch via legends@nolimitcity.com when your win has been verified.
Fair Play
Duplicate entries are not permitted. Nolimit City reserves the right to disqualify entries that are duplicate submissions. Attempts to engage in unfair practices will result in immediate disqualification by Nolimit City. Nolimit City reserves the right to withhold prizes from participants who violate these Terms and Conditions.
Liability
Nolimit City is not responsible for incorrect information, technical errors, or human error that may occur during the Streamer Legends process. All disputes regarding the Streamer Legends or prizes shall be resolved on a case-by-case basis having regard to the circumstances of the case. Nolimit City shall not bear any liability for any indirect, special, economic or consequential loss or damage.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Nolimit City reserves the right, at its discretion, to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. These changes may be required for a number of reasons;, including but not limited to, for commercial reasons or in order to comply with new laws and regulations.
You will be deemed to have accepted the changes to these Terms and Conditions by continuing to participate in the Streamer Legends. If at any time you disagree to any portion of the then-current version of our Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall immediately terminate, and you must immediately stop participating in the Streamer Legends. By participating in the Nolimit City Streamer Legends, you agree to Nolimit City or its suppliers using your information for the administration of the Streamer Legends and prize delivery.
